Australia Post is experiencing longer than normal delays in delivering items. These postage delays are beyond our control.

 No refunds/reprints will be made due to colour variations or mis-spelt words on your behalf.  Please note, there may be some colour variation between monitors & printed products.

 PRINTED/PHYSICAL ITEMS

Where applicable, you will be emailed a proof of your order/design within 2 business days of all information & payment being received.

Once proof has been approved, we will print & post your order to you (please see individual listings for more accurate dispatch times)

Please add your qty in the checkout section where applicable.  

DIGITAL PDF FILES

You will be emailed a Dropbox link to download you digital pdf file/s within 3 business days of order, proof approved & ALL information being received.

A computer must be used to download & view Dropbox Files. All digital files are supplied as .pdf files ONLY.

Pdf files are set up for A4 Printing with multiple copies on the page (unless specified). Purchasing the digital pdf file allows you to print as many as you need. 

Printing Instructions & Paper Stock recommendations will be given to you with your PDF Files. 

PDF Files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY & are NOT to be resold/shared. PDF files are for printing ONLY, not electronic distribution.

All printed posters will be sent flat & unframed. All come with a 5mm white border. They also come with our logo & website printed on the back.
