Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm      |      Weekends, SA & Aus. Public Holidays: Closed 

Photo sessions & videography jobs can take place outside of these timeframes.

All emails, phone calls/messages, social media messages/comments & website enquires will only be replied to during our office hours.


Dispatch & delivery timeframes

 

Delivery & Local Pickup - printed/physical items

When ordering on our website you will find a 'Dispatched' time under each item that can be posted/picked.

This is the time it takes us to get your order ready for you to collect/for us to deliver to you.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to organise a pickup/drop-off time. We only deliver (FREE) to residents of the Lefevre Peninsula area.

These suburbs include: Outer Harbor, North Haven, Osborne, Taperoo, Largs, Largs North, Largs Bay, Peterhead, Exeter, Birkenhead,

Semaphore, Port Adelaide, Glanville, Ethelton, Semaphore Park, Semaphore South.

If you are picking up from our office at North Haven 5018, a physical address will be provided to you once your order is ready to collect. 

ALL orders MUST be paid in full before any work is started. Physical pickup address WILL NOT be given until your order is ready to collect & has been paid.

 

For printed/physical items

Dispatch times are either 4, 7 or 10 Business Days (unless stated otherwise. Business days are Monday-Friday).

This is once your proof has been approved, where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, via Australia Post, it can take up to 10 Business Days for you to receive your order. Orders make take longer than 10 business days or it could be less - this is the approximate time frame given by Australia Post. Any postage delays which may occur are out of our control.

Remember to allow enough time when ordering especially over busy holiday periods & during COVID-19 delays.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

For digital PDF Files

Turnaround for digital pdf files is 2-6 business days, once your payment has been received & your proof/s (where applicable) have been approved.

 

Times are an estimate only & are subject to change depending on how busy we are. Please refer to individual items/descriptions for more accurate details.


Pre-order items

Select products are sometimes available as a pre-order item due to their limited qty & availabilities. 

If ordering a pre-order item, full payment is required at time of ordering as per usual. An approximate ETA will be provided via email once you're order is placed.

We will continue to regularly update you on your order status.

Once your item/s are in-stock we'll update you & post your order ASAP or organise a delivery/pick-up date with you ASAP,

depending on which option/s you've chosen.

If ordering other physical/printed/posted items in your order with a pre-order item, everything will be shipped together once all items arrive in-stock.

 

If you need other items sooner, please place seperate orders - you will be charged postage for each order you make, wherever postage is applicable.

Closed Dates

Throughout the year we do close for extended periods of time. Closure dates will be displayed on our social pages & website. We will try to give you as much notice as possible. Christmas/New Year is when we close for the longest period of time. During our Christmas/New Year break our office is completely closed, however you can still place an order via our website store. All orders will be processed once when we re-open again.

We are also closed on all Australian & South Australian Public Holidays

Shipping Costs

As of January 1st, 2022  all Australian postage (unless otherwise stated) will be a flat-rate $8 postage & handling fee.

All items are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail (unless otherwise specified - this may change in the near future). 

You will be emailed/provided with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Spend over $150AUD in 1 transaction on our website & your order will automatically qualify* for FREE Australian Postage.

Digital Files

When you order any digital file, it will be provided to you via email as a dropbox link for you to download, save & print yourself. Turnaround times for this will be displayed on each item when you purchase them. A computer must be used to download & view Dropbox Files.

All digital files are supplied as .pdf files ONLY (unless otherwise stated).

Pdf files are set up for A4 Printing (unless otherwise specified). Files will be set with multiple items per page.

Purchasing the digital pdf file allows you to print as many as you need. Files will not be supplied any other way and are not editable.

Files are for personal use only & are NOT to be resold/shared! 


Party Decorations; copyright/licensed/trademarked characters & themes

We DO NOT create ANYTHING with licensed/trademarked characters & themes as it's a breach of copyright law.

We have many alternative options available instead which still match perfectly well

(ie. dog bones & paw print themed decorations can be create instead of using Paw Patrol characters/images/logo/fonts, etc.).

 

If you can't find an alternative option in our store, please contact us for a custom creation (no extra charge for custom party decorations). 


Social Media Posts

Majority of our social media posts are scheduled. This means they are pre-planned to post to our various accounts automatically.  Just because you see a post go up, does not mean we are actually online. Posts are scheduled for various times of the day, including times when we are closed or on holidays.

This is to ensure you still see our page even when we are not around.

All comments & messages on social media & email will be replied to during business hours only: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday ACDST.


Digital Conversions

We offer a wide variety of digital conversion services to SA residents.

The types of conversions we offer are constantly being updated. Please CLICK HERE to be re-directed to our current offerings.

ALL conversion services are an approx. 2wk turnaround. An exact ETA will be provided upon collection/drop-off of your item/s.

For a large booking, please allow extra time for your conversion/s to be ready.

Weekends are NOT included in turnaround timeframe, only business days; only Monday-Friday
