Last chance for Digital Conversions to be booked, paid & your items received for them to be converted in time for Christmas. Whilst every effort will be made to meet the Christmas deadline - if you have a very large booking please book ASAP. Every effort will be made to have your items converted in-time, but delays may still occur. The lead up to Christmas is THE busiest time of year for me, so please don't delay your booking. Bookings can still be made after this date however there is NO guarantee they'll be ready in time before I close for Christmas.

 

December 5th

Last date to order items that require postage. All postage is via Aus Post and a tracking number is provided with every order. Any delays once posted are beyond my control.

 

December 16th

Last date for local delivery or pickup. 

 

December 19th

 

My last date in the office for 2025! I will be taking an extended break and will be back open for business on January 19th. During this break the website store & booking system will remain open, however ALL orders/booking/enquires will not be processed or replied to until I return to work (payment will still be made as per usual where applicable). Social media posts will remain active during this closure however enquires & messages WILL not be replied to during this time.

 

January 1st, 2026

Media for Digital Conversions that is blank or can’t be converted will each retain a $5 fee to cover time costs involved in checking items. Differences paid will be refunded to you or kept as credit towards a future booking/product - the choice is yours and will be provided upon completion of your job. 

 

Extra USBs & DVDs will increase from $7,50 each to $10 each

 

Family Mini Sessions will only be offered from September to December, at limited locations and on limited dates.
