 No refunds/reprints will be made due to colour variations or mis-spelt words on your behalf.  Please note, there may be some colour variation between monitors & printed products.

NO proof provided, name/s will be copied exactly as is. Letter can have multiple names included or order individual letters for a seperate child's name on each letter. 

Letters are personalised with your Child's Name, Street Name & Gender

(ie. good boy/good girl or can be written as "you've been very good" - please specify preference at checkout).

Listings are for an A4 digital pdf file ONLY. NO physical item/s will be sent to you. Pdf file is designed with 'aged/kraft' background as pictured in all examples. 

Once you've placed your order, please email your photo with your order & contact details to: orders@fourteen92productions.com.au

2 business day turnaround once order placed & your image has been received for digital products.

Listing is for a digital product ONLY! You will receive a high res .jpg image ready for printing in .jpg format!

Image will be sent to you via a Dropbox link for you to download, save & print yourself.

 Your image must be at least 5mb in size*. NO refunds/partial refunds/discounts will be given due to image pixelation from YOUR provided photo.

Image provided will be used exactly as is!

DIGITAL PDF FILES

You will be emailed a Dropbox link to download your pdf file/s within 3 business days of order & ALL information being received.

A computer must be used to download & view Dropbox Files. All digital files are supplied as .pdf files ONLY.

Pdf files are set up for A4 Printing. Purchasing the digital pdf file allows you to print as many as you need. 

Printing Instructions & Paper Stock recommendations will be given to you with your PDF Files. 

PDF Files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY & are NOT to be resold/shared. PDF files are for printing ONLY, not electronic distribution.
